We take all measures to meet your expectations, however you can check our below mentioned refund policy

Refunds can not be claimed for any website, application development or digital marketing and SEO work. All charges and payments for any services are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-creditable, even if your Services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the Services.However in special circumtances it can be claimed only for Digital Marketing projects if our team approves refunds. It can be claimed by mailing us to billing@vpmtech.co . If our team approves it after evaluation, then approved amount will get credited to respective bank account within 60 working days from the date of getting claimed email. Plese note in some cases refund may get delayed due to various reasons. Our team take all measures to complete project within given timeline, but in some unavoidable or technical circumstances project may get delayed, In such cases projects can not be cancelled and refunds can not be claimed.

Client need to renew their hosting and domain and other necessary software and maintainace agreement every year, failing to which we will not be responsible for data loss.

Client need to pay total project and services cost and extra Rs. 15000 as transfer charges for transfer of domain, project, source code and hosting. However transfer of some services can not be possible due to some limitations

VPM will not be responsible for use of Images or content provided by client to use in their website.

Project can not be cancelled and amount will not be refunded in this case.
